Tam Coc - Bich Dong - Thung Nham

Located in Ninh Binh province (100 km southeast of Hanoi), Tam Coc are two of the most picturesque spots in all of the north. During 41 years, from 968 to 1009, Hoa Lu was the ancient capital of Vietnam. Nearby Tam Coc is often referred to as “Ha Long Bay on land”. Visitors are conveyed by rowboat along the peaceful Tam Coc stream past green fields and the feet of mountains into the mouths of caves where they encounter new surprises like stalactites and stalagmites that shimmer like gemstones just inches from the water.

08.00: Our car and guide pick you up at your hotel. Have a short break about 15 minutes on the half way.
10.30: Departure for Tam Coc. There is the beautiful roadside scenery on the way. You’ll have lunch at a nice restaurant after boarding a small boat to visit Tam Coc which means literally: “Three Caves”. With HaLong type views of majestic limestone cliffs and mysterious yet inviting caves, as well as countryside sights like peaceful streams, rice paddies and deserted green fields, Tam Coc really has it all.
14.00: You take bike from Tam Coc Port to Bich Dong pagoda, visit and take photos for memory.
16.00: Upon you arrival the Thung Nham resort, you will surprise with a myriad of flowers blooming from the gates of the Valley. You visit the Bird Valley, will find really amazing how the heart of the city of Hoa Lu Town has 1 so peaceful valley like this, with numerous species of birds: egret, cranes and many more.
